“All That” Is Getting A Reboot At Nickelodeon, With Kenan Thompson On Board As Executive Producer

90’s kids rejoice! Nickelodeon’s weekly sketch comedy show, All That, is being revived! Former cast member Kenan Thompson will serve as an executive producer on the new reboot.

Nickelodeon’s President Brian Robbins was a co-creator and executive producer for All That in the show’s original run.

In an interview with Variety about the show’s reboot, Robbins says Nickelodeon is looking to pull in audiences of various ages:

“We think there’s a great opportunity to find the next pool of stars. We want to bring the show back in a real fun way. This summer, we are going to bring back a lot of the original cast and the cast through the years, and let them introduce the new cast of ‘All That’ to the world.”

According to another quote attributed to Robbins by Variety, the show will feature a “mash-up” of the older sketches with a vigorous amount of new sketches.

The show is at least partly responsible for the success of many of its former cast members.

The show was also responsible for some very big moments in the mid90s and early 2000s. Like this legendary Spice Girls Performance.

All That birthed many iconic characters and sketches in its ten-season run

Like Ed From Good Burger.

Superdude and Milkman were always good for a great belly laugh.

People seem to be pretty excited about the announcement of an All That reboot.

And a few are concerned that the reboot won’t achieve the greatness of it’s original run with a new cast and new sketches.

Honestly, I’m with @Balldinho on this one.
